At FM Cases, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place your case in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
